State of Tennessee v. Ernest Russell

Defendant, Ernest Russell, appeals his Knox County Criminal Court jury convictions of theft of a firearm valued at less than $2,500and unlawful possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony crime of violence, for which he received an effective sentence ofthirty years. On appeal, Defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his convictions. Upon review, we affirm the judgments of the trial court.
