State of Tennessee v. Allan Hunt

A Sevier County jury convicted the defendant, Allan Hunt, of sexual battery, for which he
received a sentence of two years with one year of incarceration and the remainder of the
term suspended to probation. On appeal, the defendant contends the evidence presented at
trial was insufficient to support his conviction. After reviewing the record and considering
the applicable law, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
