State of Tennessee v. Alexander Carino

The Petitioner, Alexander Carino, appeals the coram nobis court’s summary dismissal of his petition for writ of error coram nobis based upon newly discovered evidence as being time-barred. On appeal, we affirm the coram nobiscourt’s summary dismissal of the petition as being time-barred.
