Abhinav Upadhyaya v. Disha Awasthi

On the first day of a scheduled divorce trial, the parties announced an agreement in open court as to the remaining property issues in dispute. The parties thereafter submitted competing orders to the trial court; the trial court adopted the wife’s proposed language in the final decree. The husband appeals. We affirm the trial court’s judgment and award the wife her reasonable appellate attorney’s fees and expenses.
