State of Tennessee v. Susan Escobar

While serving a probated sentence, the Defendant, Susan Escobar, was arrested and
charged with one count of evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, creating a risk
of death or serious bodily injury. The Defendant entered a best interest guilty plea and,
following a combined probation revocation and sentencing hearing, the trial court revoked
her probation in full and imposed a sentence of seven years’ incarceration. On appeal, the
Defendant argues that the trial court erred in imposing her sentence because it failed to
place sufficient findings on the record regarding the applicable enhancement factors.
Discerning no error, we affirm.
