STATE OF TENNESSEE v. AMANDA MARIE HURST

The Defendant, Amanda Hurst, entered a guilty plea to child abuse with the trial court to
determine sentencing. The trial court held a hearing and sentenced the Defendant to two
years in confinement. The trial court denied the Defendant’s requests for judicial diversion
and probation. On appeal, the Defendant asserts that the trial court erred when it denied
judicial diversion and probation. After review, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.
