State of Tennessee v. Danny Rogers

Case Number
W2025-01477-CCA-R3-CD

Defendant, Danny Rogers, appeals his conviction for assault, for which he received a sentence of elevenmonths and twenty-nine days at seventy-five percent service. On appeal, he argues that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his conviction because the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did not act in self-defense. Upon review, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
