Alonzo Dwayne Johnson v. State of Tennessee

The Petitioner appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief from his Dyer County Circuit Court guilty-pleaded conviction of possession with intent to sell more than .5 grams of methamphetamine, arguing that he was deprived of the effective assistance of counsel and that his guilty plea was not knowingly and voluntarily entered. Discerning no error, we affirm.
