State of Tennessee v. Asata D. Lowe

The Petitioner, Asata D. Lowe, appeals from the Blount County Circuit Court’s summary
dismissal of his “Petition for Delayed Appeal.” On appeal, the Petitioner argues that
Tennessee Code Annotated sections 39-13-202, -403, 40-30-102, Tennessee Rule of
Appellate Procedure 3, and Tennessee Rule of Criminal Procedure 33 are unconstitutional
as applied. Discerning no error, we affirm.
