Joseph Cohen v. Bethany Cohen

In this Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 10B appeal, the husband filed a motion to recuse on April 29, 2026, based on statements made in hearings on April 30, 2025, and April 15, 2026. The complaints about statements from the April 30, 2025 hearing are untimely.  The complaints about the statements made on April 15, 2026, are timely, but do not require recusal. We affirm the trial court’s denial of the recusal motion.
