State of Tennessee v. Jesus Castanon

Defendant, Jesus Castanon, appeals his conviction for rape of a child and his resulting forty-year sentence. On appeal, Defendant maintains that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction and that his sentence is excessive. Upon review, we affirm.
