Paula Lewis, the former conservator for Columbus Lewis, Jr., appeals the finding by the probate court that she breached her fiduciary duty as conservator by making expenditures and other financial transactions without prior court approval and the assessment of a judgment against her in the amount of $23,800. We affirm.
