Tony Samuel v. State of Tennessee

Tony Samuel, Petitioner, filed a pro se petition that the trial court construed as a petition for writ of error coram nobis. The court summarily dismissed the petition, finding that Petitioner failed “to plead with particularity both the substance of the newly discovered evidence and the factual basis for tolling the statute of limitations. ”Upon review, we affirm the judgment of the coram nobis court.
