State of Tennessee v. Felix Tate, III

The Defendant, Felix Tate, III, appeals his Shelby County Criminal Court jury convictions
of attempted first degree murder and employment of a firearm during the commission of a
dangerous felony. The Defendant received an effective thirty-one-year sentence. On
appeal, the Defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions.
We affirm the judgments of the trial court.
