State of Tennessee v. Dorian Heiss

The Defendant, Dorian Heiss, was convicted by a Roane County Criminal Court jury of
second degree murder, a Class A felony. See T.C.A. § 39-13-210 (2025) (subsequently
amended). The Defendant was sentenced to twenty years’ incarceration. On appeal, he
contends that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. We affirm the judgment
of the trial court.
