State of Tennessee v. Stephen Richard Pratt

A Campbell County jury convicted the Defendant of three counts of sexual battery by an
authority figure, four counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of attempted rape.
The trial court sentenced the Defendant to an effective sentence of fifty-five years in
confinement. On appeal, the Defendant asserts that he is entitled to relief due to the
admission of evidence of a request for a polygraph test, without objection, at trial, and that
the trial court erred when it imposed consecutive sentencing. The Defendant also contends
that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his convictions. After review, we affirm the trial
court’s judgments.
