Hayden S. Fryer v. State of Tennessee

The Petitioner, Hayden S. Fryer, appeals from the Davidson County Criminal Court’s denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, arguing that the post-conviction court erred in sustaining the State’s hearsay objection regarding a codefendant’s out-of-court statements, in denying the Petitioner’s request to make an offer of proof regarding those statements, and in finding that he failed to establish that trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. Discerning no error, we affirm.
