Bradi Baker v. State of Tennessee

The Petitioner, Bradi Baker,shot and killed her ex-husband in 2019. After her conviction for second degree murder was affirmedon appeal, she filed a petition for post-conviction relief. The Madison County Circuit Courtdenied thispetitionafter a hearing. She now appeals. Because the Petitioner’s due process claims were waived, and her ineffective assistance claims lacked proof of both deficiency and prejudice, she failed to meet her burden under the Post‑Conviction Procedure Act. We affirm.
