State of Tennessee v. Darrell Aaron Cox

The Defendant, Darrell Aaron Cox, appeals the sentence imposed for his Cumberland
County Criminal Court guilty-pleaded conviction of driving under the influence (DUI),
sixth offense, arguing that the trial court erred by denying all forms of alternative
sentencing. Because the trial court did not abuse its discretion by ordering a sentence of
full confinement, we affirm.
