Defendant, Cassen Jackson-Garrison, appeals his convictions for three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure, two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated statutory rape, and two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure, for which he received an effective twenty-six-year sentence. On appeal, Defendant challenges (1) the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his convictions for rape, sexual battery by an authority figure, and statutory rape by an authority figure; (2) the admission of evidence regarding the possibility of additional victims and the admission of evidence of grooming as violating Tennessee Rule of Evidence 404(b); (3) the exclusion of evidence pursuant to Tennessee Rule of Evidence 412; and (4) the admission of rebuttal testimony. Defendant also contends he is entitled to relief due to the cumulative effect of the errors. Upon review, we affirm the judgments of the trial court.
