State of Tennessee v. Toni Lynn Petersen

This matter is before the Court upon motion of the Defendant, Toni Lynn Petersen, for review of the trial court’s order granting the State’s motion to revoke her pretrial bond. See Tenn. R. App. P. 8; Tenn. Code. Ann. § 40-11-144. The State opposes. For the reasons stated below, the Defendant’s motion is denied.
