Barbara Chestnut v. Rudy Title and Escrow, LLC et al.

The plaintiff owned a home that was fraudulently sold. The plaintiff sued the title insurance company that participated in the closing for negligence and fraud. The title company filed a motion for summary judgment in which it argued that it did not owe the plaintiff a duty of care. The trial court granted the motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
