Young Contracting/SE, Inc. v. Pitt Excavating, LLC

A general contractor sued a subcontractor, alleging breach of contract. After a bench trial, the trial court found in favor of the general contractor and awarded damages and attorney’s fees. The subcontractor appealed. Discerning no reversible error, we affirm and remand for a determination of the general contractor’s appellate attorney’s fees.
