In this interlocutory appeal, two of the defendants appeal the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss for the plaintiffs’ failure to comply with the pre-suit notice and good faith certificate requirements of the Tennessee Health Care Liability Act. We affirm the decision of the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
