BRANDON HALL v. KYLE MITCHELL

This is an appeal from the dismissal of a complaint pursuant to the Tennessee Public Participation Act. Because of the deficiencies in the appellant’s brief, we deem the appellant’s issues waived. We grant the appellee’s request for an award of reasonable attorney’s fees on appeal but decline to vacate the trial court’s order on a post-hearing motion to compel.
