ROBERT BROCK ET AL. v. GRACE WESSEL

A general sessions court, on its own motion, set aside a default judgment in favor of the
plaintiffs. After an unsuccessful attempt to reinstate the judgment, the plaintiffs appealed
to the circuit court. The circuit court dismissed the appeal because the general sessions
court had not entered a final judgment. We affirm.
