IN RE JAYDEN B.

Case Number
E2025-01288-COA-R3-PT

The trial court terminated a mother’s parental rights to her minor child. The trial court
found clear and convincing evidence of the grounds of abandonment by failing to establish
a suitable home, persistent conditions, and failure to manifest an ability and willingness to
assume custody of the child. Finally, the trial court found that termination of the mother’s
parental rights was in the best interests of the child. The mother appeals. We vacate the
trial court’s ruling as to the second ground and affirm its rulings as to the first and third
grounds and as to best interests. Consequently, we affirm the trial court’s overall ruling
that the mother’s parental rights must be terminated.
