Rene Sherrod v. Keanna R. et al.

A grandmother filed petitions for dependency and neglect and for grandparent visitation in juvenile court. The juvenile court dismissed her petitions for failure to meet her burden of proof. She challenged these decisions before the circuit court, where a de novo proceeding was held. The circuit court similarly did not believe the grandmother’s allegations and likewise dismissed her petitions. She appealed to this court. We affirm.
