Nadine Brashears Garrett v. Marlon Antoine Garrett

A husband appeals a final divorce decree asserting that the trial court improperly treated his veterans’ disability benefits as marital property. We have determined that the trial court did not consider the husband’s benefits as marital property and did not award the wife any of the benefits. Therefore, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
