Gabrielle Alvoid v. Larson Enterprises

Appellant filed an accelerated interlocutory appeal seeking to recuse the general sessions judge.  Due to the deficiencies in Appellant’s brief and her failure to attach the motion to recuse to her petition, we dismiss the appeal. Appellant’s motion for stay is denied.
