This is a petition for judicial review filed by the Town of Tellico Plains (Petitioner) against the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and the Tennessee Board of Water Quality, Oil & Gas (Respondents) under Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-5-322. The Petitioner seeks review of a Final Order entered by the Board on February 17, 2026. The Petitioner alleges that the underlying Assessment and Final Order were improperly issued and also challenges the constitutionality of certain Tennessee statutes.
