Commission Sends Nominees to Governor for Vacancies in the 30th Judicial District

Nashville, Tenn. - The Trial Court Vacancy Commission met in Memphis to select nominees for two vacancies in the 30th Judicial District Violent Criminal Court.

After holding a public hearing and conducting public interviews, the Commission voted on each position separately, and all nominees were selected on the first ballot.

Paul Hagerman, Melanie M. Headley, and Marques T. Young were selected for the first vacancy and then Jessica Van Dyke for the second vacancy (along with whomever the Governor does not select for the first vacancy).
