Foster Care Review Board for the Multidisciplinary Juvenile Court Community

This CLE will provide an overview of Tennessee’s Foster Care Review Board process, including the board’s role in supporting judicial review of safety, permanency, well-being, reasonable efforts, and party compliance. Participants will learn how attorneys can prepare for and participate in FCRB reviews in ways that improve the quality of information and recommendations provided to the court.

This course is approved for 1.5 general CLE hours.
